Step 1: Create an Account:
DESKTOP: Click Create account at the top right of the homepage.
PHONE: Tap Sign in at the bottom right, then tap Create account at the bottom of the pop-up window.
Step 2: Enter Your Email
Enter your email address in the Email field and click Create account.
Or: If you have a Danish CPR number, you can sign in with MitID and verify your details right away.
Step 3: Confirm Your Email
Check your email for a message from ReHelper. Click the link in the email to proceed.
Tip: If you don’t see the email, check your spam folder.
If you experience errors after receiving multiple activation links, you can do the following: Delete all emails with the subject “Log ind i ReHelper” from the sender “ReHelper [email protected]”, and try again starting from Step 1.
Step 4: Set Up Your Profile
The email link will redirect you to Kulturens Frivillige’s homepage.
A pop-up window will appear where you:
Set your personal password (must include a lowercase letter, uppercase letter, number, special character, and be at least 10 characters long).
Complete your profile details:
Name
Date of birth
Nationality
Preferred language
Address
Click +Indtast adresse
Enter your address under Navn + Vej
Then fill in the rest in Postal code, City, Region and Country
Click save (Gem)
3.Upload a picture, enter your phone number and select your T-shirt size.
Step 5: Wait for Approval
Congratulations — you’re now registered!
If you didn’t sign up with MitID, you need to wait for Kulturens Frivillige to approve your application. You’ll receive an email once accepted.
Once approved, you can sign in anytime using your email and password, or use Send sign-in link to get a one-time login link by email.
Extra step: If you still experience errors regarding login:
Restart the flow from the beginning in an incognito/private browser window.
When you receive the email, make sure to open it in the incognito/private browser as well — for example, right-click the button, copy the web address, and paste it into a new incognito/private browser window.
If this does not work, then send an email [email protected] and explain the issue you are experiencing and if possible attach a screen shot.
Step 1: LogIn
Login with your email and password, or use Send login link for a one-time login link by email.
Step 2: Edit Your Profile
Desktop: Click the circle with your initials at the top right, then choose My profile → Edit profile.
Phone: Tap Profile at the bottom right, then select My profile → Edit profile.
Here you can update personal details like address, phone number, profile picture, languages, etc.
Step 3: Manage Your Account
Desktop: Click the circle with your initials at the top right and select My account.
Phone: Tap profile at the bottom right.
Here you can check your verification status and change your password.
